COMMUNITY HEALTH
We build effective community-based health center partnerships to create healthier communities and promote a Culture of Health in low-income areas. Our approach provides strategies, tools, and supplies to health systems, community organizations, and agencies to enhance health equity.
HEALTH EDUCATION
We design frameworks and strategies to guide healthcare providers in addressing the social needs of their patients, the social determinants of health in their communities, and the systemic causes leading to health inequities.
ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE
Our strategy focuses on re-designing healthcare delivery in developing communities through the provision of quality health supplies, consumables, and equipment. We deliver these resources to rural and community-based clinics, covering:
- Internal medicine
- Surgery
- Women’s health and childbearing
- Children’s health
- Laboratory and diagnostic supplies
